Easytechy Scam by laptop and charged me Uk, United states and Asia pacific Nationwide

I got a pop-up for the first time since i purschased my Macbook air 2 months ago. The pop-up requested me to contact easytechy on a provided number for technical support. I contacted them and they noted my laptop has been hacked and also they need to install sercurity software to protect my laptop from pop-ups and hackers, i was charged $159 australian dollars for the resolvement. 

Few hours after my purscahed i was chatting with an apple supported team memeber to check my laptop for any virus or updates when i was told i didnt need the easytechy and that my laptop was fine. Thats when i strated researching about easytech and just to find out its was a scam. I called back for refund but they insisted on giving back my money.
