Ebags scammy coupon codes Internet

I received a coupon code for ebags as a reward for providing responses to surveys. Then I tried to cash in the coupon (10 dollars off a spend of 40 or more) on a 99 dollar bag it told me *whah whah* not eligible. I notice the website says 20% off coupon, also *whah whah* on multiple other bags. They seem to have these coupon codes to encourage people to buy from them only to not actually honor any of them. Further now I'm out $10 on a worthless redemption from my survey rewards. So I want to make sure everyone knows how scammy ebags with these fake coupons. I get not everything will be eligible for a discount, but you need to make it clear what is and is not eligible up front, not be vague about "certain brands"
