In March I bought a bag on ebay listed as "Dior."

Recently, the bag developed a problem and when I sent it to Dior to be fixed they informed me that it was a fake and they would not work on it.

My complaint to ebay customer service resulted in being sent to Squaretrade, another ebay company! Squaretrade charges for their services and I agreed to pay for mediation. However, the other party refused to participate and I am told there is nothing more that can be done.

I notice that another buyer realized her "Coach" bag was fake. In spite of this evidence, ebay is continuing to allow this seller on its site. In fact, she is currently listing more bags.
