After Searching Ebay for a computer, I found one that had less then 24hours left on it with a low bid price, I contacted the seller who responded after the Timer ran out.
Seller is benito773 aka David Cane of Los Angeles
We struck up a deal, and we would be using Square Trade as the go between.
I received 3 eamils from Square Trade regarding the purchase, contact info, amount due, Seal Guaruntee, insurance coverage regarding the seller.
I was told by Square Trade that once the Western Union orders where purchased that I would fax the receipts to them, they would hold onto the reciepts until they got shipping confirmation from the seller so on and so forth.
Seems Square Trade relesed the numbers soon after they where sent, and I have verified the Western Union orders where picked up by the named seller.
Of course after trying multiple times to solicit a response from the seller for shipping confirmation and did not recieve one I filed a case on Trade Square.
They have yet to reply to me regarding this case, and been more then the given number of days I was told they would be getting in contact with me.
But it seem that if i pay a certain amount plus 5% of the the amount in question I can get a mediator to get my money back.
I just dont see that happening.
DO NOT USE TRADE SQUARE or EBAY
THEY ARE SCAMMERS and RIPOFF ARTISTS

#1 Consumer Suggestion
You got ripped off BIG TIME but it wasn't Square Trade

You got taken for a ride by this "seller"!
Let me start off by saying that Square Trade is a dispute resolution console. They help parties on Ebay settle item disputes.
They absolutely DO NOT assist in selling any items off of ebay. Transactions using Ebay information without going through the auction process are strictly prohibited by Ebay.
The emails you received are FRAUDULENT. Square trade would NEVER recommend that you use Western Union! This is the most unstable way to pay for merchandise.
Bottom line is: You got scammed but it was not Ebay or Square Trade.
And a tip for anyone who is told to pay for items over the net by using Western Union: TURN AND RUN THE OTHER WAY! IT IS NOT WORTH IT!
