eBay.com eBay You Are Not God! Horrible,Worthless Customer Service. Internet

  Over the years I have purchased thousands of dollars worth of merchandise from eBay sellers.  it should go without saying that there will be, at the very least a few of them that will get a negative for usual reasons.  Forgetting to ship my item for over a month, sending me a used item when it was sold as new-in-box, or ignoring my attempts to contact the seller.

  PROBLEM is eBay hires buyers to purchase merchandise listed on eBay for the sole purpose of doling out retribution or investigating questionable items.

  I received a negative from one of them.  eBay thinks they are God-like and feels free to punish whomever they decide needs to be taught a lesson.  They must feel that I have been leaving toooo many negatives.  Anyway, this eBay representative disguised as a regular buyer left me a negative before he got the package so I contacted the idiot via the Feedback Withdraw Form.  He flat out refused a full refund and said I deserved a negative.  he lied about the product which was brand new and perfect.  And remember he had not yet received it.

  I called eBay customer service to try and resolve this since the canned responses from the system are worthless.  Well so is phoned in customer service.  No help at all so I left him feedback warning all others of his lie.  Well eBay removed that faster than lightning.

  I have turned this incident over to an attorney that specializes in eBay lawsuits along with all correspondence, his name, email, address, phone number and everything else I could pull off Intelus regarding this turd. We Hope to serve him before he moves or leave the state.  Will sell on Cxxxx Lxxx (((REDACTED)))  from now on.
