Basically, I signed an amended contract with them that stated they would have me on the first page of Google within 30 days, but after 2 months I still wasn't getting satisfactory results. It was over 60 days, so I couldn't dispute the charges through my bank. I called Eboost Media and asked to have my money refunded in accordance with the signed agreement, but one of the owners, a little liar named BILL LEONARD, kept putting me off. First, he tried to tell me that they had been bought out by another company, therefore he couldn't authorize a refund. Then he told me he had to talk to his boss, not realizing that I had already been told that he was one the owners. Then he actually said in his 'very professional' grammar, "I ain't got no money in that account". Finally, he actually suggested that I talk to the SEO technician, MARIO, to ask him for money, since he was the one who did the work on the site. Of couse, Mario was just as crooked as the rest of them by citing a bunch of technical reasons in a pitiful effort to justify them keeping my money. Bottom line: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! Oh, and call Bill Leonard @ 866-788-6942 and/or Mario @ 951-553-3890 (cell) and ask them how they can live with a clear conscious after keeping clients' hard earned money when they don't deliver the services they've offered. In my case, I'm two months behind on rent, which I made them aware of it, but they still chose to not give me a refund. That's alright, Bill. What goes around will come around.

I am sorry about your loss and I know all about Bill Leonard. Their new angle is to have business owners pay for their own google business listing if they don't pay.
If a business has not claimed their listing in google, anyone can go in and edit or delete it. This is extortion at it's finest. 100% Scam and everyone needs to clog up their phones!
951-894-8620 BILL LEONARD
TOP RANK LISTINGS IS A FRAUD!! They had to change their name friom Eboost media because the first four pages on google had them pegged as the scammers they are. NEW NAME SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT SCAM!

How to recover your money

I had a similar experience with an SEO company. They didn't get me up on Google either.
It doesn't matter if they say they are out of business or whatever. The fact is that the credit card processors hold large funds in abeyance when companies have lots of charge backs. This company had many charge backs and there is probably at least a months worth of their revenue being held in trust for people like you. Contact your credit card company and tell them you didn't receive the service and that they won't refund your money. Your bank ie: credit card issuer will go back to the processor of this merchant and will deduct it from the deposit that was required when they authorized the company to accept credit card payments. The money is usually held for 6 months after a company closes its door or changes names etc.
In other words just complain to your credit card company and be insistent about it. You'll get a refund on your credit card.
