I am writing this report, so others may know how eBrandz operates. This company is nothing more than just whole bunch of bull**it and charges enormous amounts for it.
They profess their expertise in all Search engine Optimization matters, but They CANNOT even do SEO for their own website for the past 6 years: 8 out of 10 of their own keywords they are "working on" is not even in top 20 position in search engines.
The video testimonials in their site are set up to deceive people. If you would give a closer look, some guys saying they been with Ebrandz for over a year. Sadly, only one out of the 20 or so of the keywords of these happy customers are in the top position (but this keyword faced minimal competition to begin with). The remaining 19 however, are still not in top 10 (1 year with services with Ebrandz= $10,000+ in cost). It is also obvious that most of these guys have no idea how SEO works, and so these indian guys from eBrandz are taking advantage of it.
The only way to get a high ranking is to do link building. In fact, eBrandz does not do the link building at all, so they could charge more and more, because "progress of SEO is very slow", and they "dont want your website to be banned". In most cases 3 months is more than enough to complete the SEO work, and have high rankings.
These guys charged me 12,000 for their SEO work, which is absolutely worthless and had to be redone again. They sent me 2 meta tags, and set of the same keywords all the time. Additionally they kept advocating the benefit of their "fool-proof" 6-12 month SEO detailed program. Though flashy and detailed, the program is just fluff to insure the least amount of work to need to do for each client- which then allows them to utilize their predatory and deceptive methods on other unsuspecting client.
So the bottom line is the work they do is not worth more than 100-200 dollars, but they will make it seem like its $200,000. So be careful with these guys. They have insiderpage feedbacks with lots of angry customers, somehow they removed it, and now Indian writers continuously shops in Google checkout and makes these nice happy stories. For example, the indian peer/employee buys a "service" for 1-2usd and then they are given the capability to write a glittering review. The process is then repeated multiple times to bolster the outer facade that hides the despicable inner layers of this predator.

Almost Immediately Obvious This Was a Fake Review
AUTHOR: Sandy - (United States)
SUBMITTED: Sunday, February 18, 2018
I am a website owner looking for an agency to do SEO for my company. After some research, eBrandz was one of the companies I decided to look a little closer at, so I did a Google search for "eBrandz reviews". I was impressed to see review after review with 5 stars on several different review sites. Then I came across this review.
Before I was even halfway through, I had a strong feeling it was fake. Even if I hadn't just read 30 great reviews, I still would have had the same feeling. This person goes on and on about various topics, takes stabs at just about anything he can come up with, and basically just sounds like he's got an agenda.
I am completely un-connected to eBrandz, at this point. I've never even contacted them as I'm still researching. However, I felt compelled to write this rebuttal, because, as a business owner myself, it just made me very upset that someone would resort to such an unfair tactic.

Complaint is Without Merit

I don't know who the people are who are writing this nonsense about eBrandz, but I find it completely unbelievable, without merit and I question their motivations in doing such a disservice to the readers.
I am a webmaster (since 1995) and did my own SEO for years on my own websites but got too busy to keep doing it. So it's not that I don't know what I'm talking about as far as SEO and getting results are concerned. I searched the Internet for a couple years checking out SEO companies and also interviewing them. I knew exactly what to ask and look for in an SEO company and eBrandz was at the very top of the list. I actually hired them and they fully proved themselves and I had no doubt I chose the right company to handle the SEO on my own websites.
I am a 100% totally happy customer of eBrandz for the past several years. They have done wonders for my websites. Zillions of good keywords consistently at the top of Google and Bing search results. eBrandz has doubled and tripled the visitor traffic to my websites, not to mention my income. The only mistakes now made on my websites are made by me.
They are the experts and are usually ahead of the game, so I leave the SEO up to them and they have never steered me wrong. They are always willing to help me with the most mundane or complex technical questions and problems.
They are excellent communicators. I have spoken with employees of eBrandz as well as the CEO, Milind Mody, and I find them to be nothing but sincere and honest people who are always researching for ways to improve and keep up with the latest SEO trends and strategies. I am always confident referring them and I continue to use eBrandz.

Fake Review
AUTHOR: Milind - (India)
SUBMITTED: Saturday, September 18, 2010
Let me first identify myself. I am Milind Mody , CEO of eBrandz Inc.
This fake ripoff report has been filed by a competitor (using an anonymous id of "John").
How do I know this? Because this same individual was caught posting multiple fake reviews about ebrandz on another review site.
The points used in this fake review are the same this person raises on all other review websites. The modus operandi is to create multiple fake ids, post wrong information (claiming to be an eBrandz client) - to scare potential clients.
However as a responsible organization we have to address some of these issues:-
1) The fake review talks about ebrandz rankings.
We have put up our own rankings on ebrandz.com . Anyone interested can check our own rankings. (I am sure in the next batch of fake reviews - we will see some comments on our rankings).
2) The fake review then tries to trash our client video testimonials.
Previously (on other review websites) the fake reviewer tried to trash our client videos saying that these videos were done by "professional actors". However, now the fake reviewer has changed tactic and is saying that these clients are not ranking. Then why are they ready to go on record and give us a video testimonial ? Its not easy to get clients do a video testimonial (Privacy concern, not comfortable in front of camera, don't want competitors to know about their SEO etc).
3) "In fact, eBrandz does not do the link building at all.."
This is a completely wrong statement. Anyone can visit our SEO packages page and verify that we in fact do link building.
4) "they have insiderpages feedbacks with lots of angry customers, somehow they removed it.."
Yes. They removed the feedback because they probably realized that all those fake reviews were created by someone to tarnish our image. We asked them to investigate and they realized that there was something fishy with all the fake reviews (which all came up in a short span of time.... using fake ids).
This does not mean that we as a company have never made any mistakes. We have made our share of mistakes and wherever we have realized our mistake we have tried to rectify our mistake. We always operate using the principle "Treat our customers as we would like us to be treated".
We are a 7 year old company and are currently working with hundreds of agencies. We also have direct clients. We are not here to make a quick buck.
And we are ready and willing to accept our mistakes from genuine clients. But how does one react to fake reviews ?
