I really wanted this company to be legit as Eshays have already encountered enough liars in the advertising industry. After 2.5 weeks I realized this company was NOT what they claimed to be! I was told they would start on certain projects and they never fulfilled them. Ebrandz told us they would help with our blog and other SEO services then they said no they couldn't do it. I had to keep asking questions just to be ignored. Ebrandz website says "30 days guaranteed money back, no questions asked." I have requested a full refund and have been getting the run around. I was told they would get back to me on one business day and it have been over 4 days now, this company is ridiculous. Ebrandz reps can't even speak English, they have reps from India, I was hung up on by a rep and no one even apologized. When am I going to get my refund? I will be contacting my bank as this is a SCAM.

There were some problems with this account but we don’t agree with most of the allegations. We believe in treating our clients right (just like we would like others to treat us).
The root cause was that client wanted us to rewrite 10 to 12 pages of blog content on her website. This was not included in the package selected by her and when informed this upset her.
About refund, we had already issued it within 3 days i.e 18th Sep 4.54 pm. The order id is 0028419 (Braintree). Below is the transaction receipt as well.
