I placed an order for school children prepaid. Promised delivery by Oct. 19th. I never got any communications about delivery. When nothing arrived I cancelled the order. It took multiple faxes and emails to get a response. Their voicemail is always full.

They promised full refund and yet I have not gotten it. I send HUNDREDS of emails and faxes but get only 2 responses when they play dumb. They know these are student funds but have NO SHAME! Don't ever do buisiness with them!!
