Ordered over $50 dollars worth of merchandise was given 12/23/04 as delivery date. A week Later I started emailing and calling asking about my order, they never responded. Used a different account to get another quote on the same items shipping to a different zipcode and was asked if items were in stock I was given a quote. Seems the only email they read is asking for orders, they also respond to faxed orders but not questions or non-delivery complaints.
I don't beleive they ever ship anything let alone thousands of orders a month as the owner stated in a rebuttal. I will try to get the State Attorneys office in New Jersey and also in Florida to seek legal action to stop this company from continuing to operate in this manner.

We ship thousands of orders each month. 99% of our customers are satisfied with our products and service. Naturally, we cannot please everybody!
The small number of complaints about our company posted on this and other complaint boards relevant to the many orders we ship daily speaks well of our level of customer satisfaction.
