ECO Construction ECOGC ECO DOES NOT PAY SUB CONTRACTORS LAKE MARY Nationwide

I was contacted by ECOGC in May of 2014 to provide parking lot sweeping for a local college. They told me they just needed a one time sweep to remove sand and winter debirs, but it would more than likely turn into a weekly/monthly sweeping contract (heard that a million times) I provided a proposal and started the "Vendor Approval" process which was similar to prividing service to a State or Federal agency (15+ pages- several of which needed to be notorized) They indicated they needed it done immediately...no problem I jumped through some hoops and got it finished.  THEN I TRIED TO GET PAID.  I have dealt with 5 different people at ECO AND 4 of those people are "No longer with the company" I have been told on 3 different occasions that my paper work was not received, not complete or has been lost. (I re-sent the 15+ pages to them each time and had my insurance agent provide Certificates each time as well)  Fast forward to September 2014 Job has been complete for months and the last information I received from ECO was the check was sent out on Septemver 1st. Must have been lost in the mail. Next week I will put a Lien on the property and just plan on never getting paid. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.
