EDP Card - EDP Reporting RIPOFF UNAUTHORIZED BANK DEBIT Valley Village California

EDP took $159.95 without authorization from my checking account! This unathorized transaction has cost me $194.95 including a $35 NSF fee causing me to be $120 overdrawn.

Contacting EDP was just about impossible started calling Monday don't know how many times since then. Then the web site stated that they would charge my "new" card for calling their 800 number and talking with a rep. Recordings come on then your put on hold for 10-15 minutes at a time then it hangs up.
Email was unanswered and live chat did not connect until I told them I wanted to send them money!!!

I got a cash advance on line to cover a couple of bills and 4 days later I found out that EDP took everything I had and more. I never applied with EDP. They created an Electronic check lying to Bank of America stating that I gave verbal authorizaiton for the transaction!!! This electronic check states it was for an "VISA ACCLAIM CARD".

I have NSF bank charges, can't deposit my other check, my account is now compromised since my personal info is floating around in "internet space" for untold people to see.

Currently I have filed all the necesary complaint, fraud and investigation paperwork with my bank. This process started Monday it is now Thursday and it just keeps getting better.

Today I found out I had to "refile" everything since Bank of America filed the paperwork incorrectly on Monday. Now, I'm told I have to wait another 24-48 hours for review as to their decision on refunding my money.
