I am writing this report to warn others of Ken Adachi's defective products and lack of customer service. I have aids and was looking for a zapper to control or eliminate my viral load. I ordered a "mins silver zapper plus hand and foot electrodes" from Ken's site educate-yourself.org. Ken requires you to send cash or a blank money order. "THAT SHOULD BE THE FIRST TIP-OFF THAT SOMETHING IS WRONG". If one cannot pay with a credit card and be given a written warranty, then beware!!!

I had to call and email him to get my zapper by the twentieth day. Finally, it arrived. I zapped 71 days for 2 hours a day. ON DAY 72, THE ZAPPER "LITERALLY FELL APART". The results were incredible. I went from a 100,007 viral load to 31,980. It took me almost 35 days to figure how to position the zapper for the results I wanted. I tried to contact Ken, but, as usual, there is no communication. He contacted me on June 24, saying, "he would send me a new zapper immediately". On June 27 he called asking me to send him my zapper for repair. I sent it the 28th, he received it the 29th. Ken said he would return it on the first of July. Saturday, July 9 Ken called saying, "he would send my zapper Monday July 11. On the 13th I filed a report with "Scam Book". When they notified him, the zapper was sent immediately with a note admonishing me for "TRASHING HIM"!!!

While I was waiting for Ken's response, I purchased another "Terminator Zapper" from ctbusters.com. I received the zapper two days after purchasing. The zapper is the one Ken is copying; is better built; doesn't get hot; can run on a "high capacity" rechargeable battery, while Ken's can't; has a one year written warranty, while Ken has none; Ken's zapper will lacerate your skin, wherever you place it, while ctbusters zapper will not; I have pictures of the lacerations and the healing my body is going through; CTBUSTERS "TERMINATOR ZAPPER" HAS THE SAME PULSING ACTION THAT KILLS THE VIRUS", AS DOES THE "MINI SILVER TERMINATOR", FROM ADACHI; The pulsing can be felt from the bottom of the palm of the hand to the tip of the fingers, when the zapper is positioned at the wrist; I have zapped with ctbusters "Terminator II" for over 100 hours with no lacerations; "KEN'S ZAPPER IS USELESS FOR ME, I  WASTED MY MONEY, IN ONE SENSE, BUT I LEARNED WHAT I NEEDED TO KNOW TO STOP THE VIRUS; Andy communicates in a timely fashion, every-time, phone or emails!!!

On Ken's site he says, "HE CHECKS HIS COMPUTER EVERYDAY, AND RESPONDS ONLY TO THOSE WHO ARE 'NEW BUSINESS', THAT SAYS IT ALL"!!! That is why you will read many complaints on Ken that say, "THE PEOPLE CANNOT COMMUNICATE WITH HIM AFTER HE GETS THEIR MONEY..."I WAS LUCKY, DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE"!!!
