This is in response to all posted comments on this website. I would be more than happy to discuss with any valid client that had contract with my company over two years ago a resolution. I have not had 1 opportunity to talk or discuss the events that had occurred May-July 2005. I would be more than happy to discuss the actual issues and the pending contracts that were in place at that time. I have started resolving substantial valid refund issues with clients, payments restructured over a set monthly time frame. I feel that this website has been utilized for homeowners to vent their frustration, which I completely understand. After two years of nothing being resolved I am ready to reach out and give the homeowners an opportunity for me to make the situation whole again. This man and associates of his, under the name Boultes Contracting aka The Florida Roof Doctor. Have fradulently obtained a $10,000 deposit from an elderly friend of mine with no intent to honor the contract or to begin the work.

This company had nothing but excuses and delays until none of them could be contacted. BEWARE of this company and if you have a recent address for Edward Humphrey please post it. Report them to your local and state government or the BBB right away. Cell phone and toll-free numbers can allow these scammers to reach many states with anonymity so please if you are a victim file the complaint.

Yes just warning people of him. I looked up his name and came to this website and fortunately decided not to do any work with him based on what I've read about him on this site. Takes your money then leaves.
