Edwin Herrera LA TV Repair Scammed me for Santa Ana California

 Edwin Herrera from LA TV Repair came to my house on January 9 2017 to look at my TV that had a small black line going thru the middle of the screen, he said it was nothing major and would need a digital process board to be replaced. Said he had to order the part and would be back to pick up the set when it came in, he also said I had to pay for the part up front cost was $380.00 and total repair cost would be $500,00, I wrote him a check for the $380.00 and about the 17th of January he picked the set up and told me it would be only a day or two to bring it back fully repaired. On the 20th of January I called him about the repair and he said he was sorry but he got really busy and would return the set on about Tuesday the 24 th of January. On Wednesday the 25th I called and no response the 26th again left a message on Friday the 27th he finally answers and told me again that he was very busy and had some problems but would get back to me the following week. I told him just brink the set back unrepaired and refund my money, he said he could fix it and he would again have it back next week . I did not hear from him again until I called him on Friday the 10th of February, he told me while replacing the part another part had come loose and he had to order that part on Monday, meanwhile he told me he was very sick and in the emergency room and to please understand. He called me Monday the 13th of February told me the part would be in on Thursday the 16th of February, he called me the 16th said he had the second part and told me he would call the 17th to tell me when he would deliver the set back. Today is the 18th of February and no phone call as iof yet when it will be delivered. I'm tired of the run around and just want the tv and my money back, hopefully this report will help catch this Scam Artist.
