They send you a tracking number from UPS and it stays idle, no movement, just a purchased $10 tracking number for a shipment that never gets handed to a UPS driver. They do not answer the phone, or call back. They do not answer emails, or answer with a question you just explained to them for further delay. Their whois information is in care of Network Solutions, with Network Solutions address & phone number.

There is NO WAY to contact this company with any issue. EVEN WORSE, FILING A DISPUTE WITH PAYPAL IS WORTHLESS. AFTER PAYPAL REVIEWED IT ALL THEY DECLINED THE CLAIM. I CALLED THEM AND THE GUY TELLS ME 'SORRY, NOTHING WE CAN DO ABOUT IT'. I QUESTION PAYPAL ABOUT THE FAKE CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL THAT DOESN'T EXIST AND HE SAYS NOTHING I CAN DO ABOUT IT. THAN HE SAYS LET ME GET YOU THEIR PHONE NUMBER, BUT DISCOVERS IN THEIR PAYPAL ACCOUNT THAT THE PHONE NUMBER ISN'T THERE, THAN SAYS SORRY, NOTHING I CAN DO ABOUT IT. GOOD LUCK WITH THE CLAIM.

RIDICULOUS! DO NOT ORDER FROM EFAVORMART.COM, THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY IN THE WORLD. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY. THEY RUINED OUR WEDDING SHOWER AND OUR WEDDING GIFTS.
