Efavormart YaYa Creations failure of Delivery time, Internet

I ordered a couple of items from efavormart on sept. 23 and on sept. 24 they sent me an email saying that the order had been shipped through UPS with a tracking number.

The delivery date through UPS was expected Sept. 30 on Sept. 30 I had no package so I called UPS to see what happened and they said they received a billing request from them to have it picked up on sept. 28 3 days after the order was placed and the order was not even out of Las Angeles yet and they said the expected date was going to be Oct. 5 when I need it for the weeding Oct. 2, 2010.

Now they are saying that they will not refund the delivery charge and that they are going to charge me the return shipping charge +duty and there are no return shipping charges or duty charges as per UPS.

This company is just robbing people and they are not giving the correct delivery date because their pick up date is almost a week after the order is placed.

DO NOT ORDER from this company.
