This site is misleading. You pay for little to no information. Their example reports are very misleading. Anyone could find out more on their own. I wrote back to the company for a refund and their customer service was very rude.
I paid them through Paypal and when I didn't receive what I paid for I wrote back to them for a refund. I filed a claim with Paypal and that is when I got a nasty email from them. They accused me of telling Paypal a lie and then said I would receive no refund. Buyers Beware!!

I would like to apologize for being hot headed and reporting Efindthetruth.com. After thinking things through I realized that I was wrong to get so upset about not receiving a refund. I was more upset that their customer service who wrote me was so rude and that they threatened to sue me. I guess I got just what I paid for and hopefully I won't be sued. Anyone should buy at their own risk at their site. I think their service for what they do is ok...I just think that their customer service could be alittle less rude in the future.

This customer purchased a real estate records search from us. She received the report in less than 24 hours. The individual she researched did not own any property. The example we give on the site shows an example record of an individual with multiple properties. She wrote PayPal the next morning stating that we would not return her emails and that the report was incorrect. Upon reviewing her only email to our company (email requests are answered within 48 which not even 24 hours had expired) she stated she had received no report at all. The customer is not entitled to a refund simply because her search subject did not own property. The fact is that the search was completed as requested and we of course deserve to be paid accordingly.
