I am so upset at myself for not doing my own research on this company first. Who in their right mind would pay first over the Internet? Color me ignorant. Anyway, all of the other posters are right on. This company pimped me of $169.00 for cell phone records. I gave them everything but a DNA sample to ease the process.

I've sent emails, faxes, the works. The responses that I received were rude at best. I was very up front with the company detailing my aprehension and just asking for an update. I provided my phone number for them to contact me with any issues. I got nothing. Paypal is worthless in getting a refund. I am still working on them as it appears that this company has a pattern of fraud. But am I done ! Nope. I will use the same channels to get information on their owners: Lisa Loftus and Tiffany Wey

By the way, I've gone anonymous on this board becasue I was searching for records for a friend and I don't want to jeopardize their efforts.
