Telephone record request. Originally sent May 24/05. Received a reply email requesting additional information which was sent. After two weeks we requested a status update only to find out that we had not sent enough information. We resent the information and paid additional money for rush service through paypal on June 15/05. We have not yet received the records and the company has not replied to our numerous emails. They seem to be just ignoring us. There is also no way to contact this company via phone. We really just want the records. I guess we will have to lodge a complaint through paypal.
