Eglobal Electronics Sent broken used item and charged a 25% restocking fee Coconut Creek, Florida

This "company" should be ran out of America! I purchased a Droid Epad on a weekend. After reading the miserable record they have I tried to call and cancel my order first thing Monday the next day. I tried every hour on the hour that day. I was put on hold for 15 minutes then a recording saying that their operators are all busy and to call them back later. This went on all day. I contacted my debit card company and the money was not takena at that time.

So I emailed eGlobal and asked them to cancil my order. They emediatly charged my account and told me the epad was already shipped. I recieved the order 3 days later. It does not work. It will not connnect to the internet. It was full of scratches and was obviously used to scham another unsuspecting person. I looked them up to see what complaints about eGlobalElectronics I could find and it unbelievable the exact same thing happened to several other people.

The Charge a restocking fee pf 25%. That is how they scham you. Obviously they reship the same useless trash charging a handling fee that is not refundable and they are guaranteed the 25% restocking fee. I will be out $34.00 on a 59 dollar Item. This company should be exposed and put out of the schaming business.Apparently the only recourse I have is to lick my wounds and expose eGlobalElectronics for the crooks they are.
