eGlobal Electronics faulty product. 7" Android Tablet Internet

I bought the 7" tablet as a Christmas gift and as of today this is my 4th time returning it everytime I get a new one sent to me it is worse the the first one I sent back. Asked if I could get a REFUND and I was told not I am over my return policy days.  When in  fact my first return was within those days.  I am spending $11.00 each time I return it which means I have just about paid for the tablet twice.  Now they are having me pay them a $12.00 shipping fee.  I have been speaking with Cindy at ext 484 and she said she is the only person you can speak with, she is not helpful at all and very RUDE.  Do not mess with this COMPANY.  I guess the plus about all this is I bought the 1 year warranty.
