This company continues to charge credit card after service cancelled and after confirming by email that the account is cancelled. AFter calling customer service and staying on hold for 20 minutes, finally told me that the charges were not applied to my cancelled account but to someone else's account that they could not tell me who but would not refund and told me to file complaint with my bank.

A total ripoff, do not give them your information!!!
