Upon signing a money back guarntee contract with the Elect Group for the purposes of them working on my behalf to obtain acceptable loan modifications for me - they a) were very difficult to reach by phone or email - often I'd have to call no less than 20 times and maybe got anyone on the phone and b) utterly unresponsive to emails.

More importantly - they took my money for their service knowing that they likely would not be able to get me a loan modification and provided me with a written money back guarantee which they have not yet even attempted to provide (after 6 weeks of requesting it, calling them, emailing them, etc.)
