Elect Group SCAMMED ME OUT OF MONEY Deerfield Florida

I retained this firm approximately 4 months ago at a cost of $1,462.00 up front, to work out a modification of my mortgage with my bank.

I provided Elect Group all my financial information, tax returns, W2's, hardship letter, copies of banking statements, etc. During the course of this period, I waited for any kind of action from either Elect Group or my bank, to no avail. I was switched to no less than four (4) different associates who became assigned to my case, all of whom did absolutely nothing.

After many, many unanswered emails and unanswered telephone calls, I was told by Alex (the last associate) that the bank would NOT deal with them directly.

Approximately two weeks ago, I came home from work and found a package from my bank (Countrywide) with a proposed loan modification. My second mistake was to inform Elect Group that I received this. Nonetheless, James Lowe admitted, he knew NOTHING of this. I immediately contacted Countrywide and asked them if they had worked this modification out with Elect Group and I was told it was not. In fact, along with the proposed modification was a checklist sheet requiring me to provide them with everything I had already provided to Elect Group. When I told them I had provided it, they said they have no dealings with Elect Group and that this modification is being made between Countrywide and me.

I immediately contacted Elect Group, via fax and Certified Mail, requesting my money back, pursuant to its 100% Money Back Guarantee. Needless to say, I never received my money back.

THEY HAVE QUITE A SCAM GOING!
