Electronic store company is playing a very bad trick with consumer.

We order  5 Verifone 3750 Terminals from them.We paid invoice amount through charge card.We never received any confirmation nor any tracking #.

We call them couple of times but every time they told us that you have to go through email and ask for tracking #.

We called credit card company and desputed the charge.

They send me the invoice through USPS certified mail.They use that as a proof that they the equipment is shipped.

Credit card company belived them and put charge back on our account.

We ask for weight, size and tracking information on the package and we never received them.

I just everyone to be carefull doing business with them.
