This is a FALSE review, written by an unethical competitor pretending to be our customer. What is described is actually not possible. The reason is that all of our customers use credit cards, PayPal or loans through First Mutual Finance to purchase their scooters from us. This payment mechanism protects the customer from the situation described. If a product is not delivered or the wrong product is delivered, the customer should let us know and, if we don't fix it promptly, they can and should complain to their credit card company, PayPal or First Mutual. Their credit card bank, Paypal or First Mutual will then promptly take the money from our account and refund them. But NOT A SINGLE PERSON has contacted us about a scooter not being delivered. And no one has contacted his or her credit card company, PayPal or First Mutual with such a complaint. So, this complaint is completely FALSE. Contrary to what is stated this review, we very much pride ourselves on excellent customer service and we ALWAYS have our customers’ backs. We are good people, treat all of our customer with kindness and deliver what we promise.  Electric Vehicle Mall's A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau is a testament to that fact. The vast majority of our actual customers love us and tell us so. Unfortunately, very similarly written alarming FALSE reviews have been left about us on Google and elsewhere over the past year using several different fake names, none of which were in our sales database. We believe that all of these FALSE reviews including this one were written by a single person/competitor. It is a shame that such a criminal is able to hide anonymously on the internet and use FALSE reviews to damage truly good companies employing good people that actually believe in helping their customers.
