ElectroGear.Net Rip Off, Scam, Thieves, Liars Internet

I've been trying to get my money refunded from electrogear.net for several months. I call and leave messages but they won't return my calls. Once I met the contract agreement they did not ship my tv. Once I fulfilled my part of the agreement they kept taking money out of my account. When I send them an email they reply back to me saying that I've been aproved for a loan. They said they would give my money back in monthly payments, but they haven't done that either.I don't understand why they are still allowed to advertise this business since it's nothing but a scam. All I want is to have my money returned to me, looks like that will never happen. Someone needs to shut this company down before they steal more money from people.
