I ordered a 7" tablet in Nov 25, 2011 through Sears.com.  i failed to note that although you are buying on a Sears website and using your Sears credit card, you are NOT protected by Mastercard for 3rd party transactions---I wish I would have known that!
I received the tablet on December 3rd, 2011.  It would not power up, even after charging all night.  I returned the tablet (Delivery confirmation...Thank God!) and it was received in Gilbert on Decemeber 7th, 2011.  I had received an email from Electronic Dealz on December 12th, 2011 that a replacement would be sent on December 16th, 2011 (in plenty of time for Christmas....I guess I wasn't clear enough that I wanted it for Christmas of 2011 not 2012.)
I have called and spoken with a plethora of individuals at Sears Customer Service who give you the run around.  I was told that the situation must be investigated, then "escalated" 3 times before they can make a determination to process a refund. 

 After hours and hours spent on the phone and numerous calls since late December when we filed out first complaint, I just found out that Sears has only "escalated" our complaint once on January 21, 2012...it is now January 23rd, 2012.  (Evidently as a gesture of goodwill, they escalated this to a level "2" today.)
I was told once again to wait 3-5 days for a response from Electronic Dealz.  If no response is received, I can "escalate" our problem another time...making it the magic third "escalation." 

 Stay away from thrid party vendors on Sears.com.  You do not have any recourse what so ever in attempting to get your money back.  It appears I will have to pay for an item I do not have!  I can see why Sears is struggling as this will sour anyone.  I will never shop at Sears or Electronic Dealz again!
