Electronic Merchant Services THIS COMPANY IS TERRIBLE Cleveland Nationwide

I tried to sign up a new account with this company but was denied because they are severly incompetent. There was an error in their system to think our company had previously had chargebacks with them but we had never processed with them and had only been in business a few months and we have zero chargebacks. Severals employees said that is was a error but said they didnt know how to fix it. They kept tranferring me to other peoples voicemails. I have never come in contact with a company this incompetent.
