we have processed cards with ems for two months they were taking 20% of the total business as reserve, after we started 20 days later they hold our funds when we called customers service they transferred to risk dept. they gave us reason because of just one chargeback they are holding our funds we took the customer informations and called the customer, customer said first she din't recognized the charge so she ask for the dispute but 4 days later she did recognize the charge and again removed it from dispute, we called ems back and submitted the documents and explained them everything they looked up and turned out customer did removed the dispute but because of ems error it wasn't updated,

they released our funds next day, then after one month they hold our funds again we called them again and they transferred again to risk dept. first risk dept. told us that according to their contract we are not processing enough and we have to pay them $1800 in order for them to release our funds..woww we were paying 20% of the business to them to make sure we have long term business relationship, then we did processed more customers cards, and then call back because they still din't released the funds,

we talked to risk dept. again and they said due to chargebacks they are shutting our account down..woww..we had just 2 chargeback's paper work sent by ems and we won both of them and got the credit that means we don't have any chargebacks after we won both of them, they said they are shutting our account down and we owe more $1700..woww..this is completely scammm..we will wait for 6 months and get our reserve back and the money they are holding..

i would like to make every one aware about these kind of processor, donot do business with ems. it gives your business big loss, you will be stuck. i wish someone can help us.
