Due to difficulties in running a small business, I had to close it, and EMS is holding me to a three year contract.   I asked for a break and was told if I send the equipment back, I won't be charged but they auto debited my account anyway.

I was a good customer for several years but had to re-establish the company structure.  EMS said I had to create a new account, hence a new contract.  Long story short, I've had to follow up on issues with them for several months. 

Since I could not predict that the business would fail, I was just asking for a break as another small business owner being crushed by overhead and big government.  I had been patient with all their previous account errors, until today.  I lost my temper and tried to argue my case with a supervisor.

I asked for his supervisor, but was told it is the president of the company, whose name was not divulged.  A brilliant subterfuge:  it is on the website.

So I decided that this was just unacceptable.  Customers are people, with issues that need to be resolved.  But this company just sticks to their loopholes and won't offer a break to someone having a difficult time. 

I believe this is one of the main reasons the traditional American values of civility and decency are being replaced by anger and unrest.  Big business stands behind the Federal government and won't give an inch.  It's wrong and it always will be wrong.  Allowing it to continue without speaking out is even more wrong. 

This is not the only company who is not working with me in early termination fees.  As I said, I cannot predict the future and am being penalized for it.  It's too expensive.   I hope this helps someone else.
