Virginia copier companies seem to work the same rip-off scam_ FRAUD In October of 2011 a account sales rep and Barry Cox, General Manager, of Electronic Systems came into our office and stated he could lease a copy machine to us for approximately $1,500.00 per month. At the time, we were leasing a 4 copy machine from Danka and were very unhappy with their services. Barry told us he had worked for Danka, looked at our contract with them and stated he could satisfy the lease with them and return our Cannon copier to Danka. We signed a contract with Barry that day. At that time there was NO mention of a 60 month lease!

Electronic Systems removed our old Cannon copier and installed their Xerox Color 550/560 and Xerox WorkCentre 7535 Printer/copier. Barry Cox found that he COULD NOT return our Cannon copier to Danka without a payoff of $4,156.20.  We told him to return our Cannon copier and take his Toshiba copier out of our office. He then stated that we signed a contract for 60 months!

The papers we initially signed made no mention of a 60 month lease. Electronic Systems return our old Cannon copier but refuses to take their Xerox copier back & cancel our lease & honor Barry Cox word. Now, were stuck pay for our balance of $4,156.20 and also an additional $1,500 per month to the lease company at Electronic Systems Copiers. When we lease Electronic Systems copiers they never returns service calls, the service is poor and the machine were down 4 times per work not working. Service Reps showed up 2-3 later on all services calls and never resolve our problems.

Buyer Beware.Dont buy any equipment from these scammer, Fraud!!!!!
