I too have been a victim of theft and fraud by Electronicgadgetstore.net. I recently ordered two watch winders in September 2009, and paid via check to receive an advertised 10% discount on my order. The check was cashed immediately, and no merchandise was ever delivered.
Numerous e-mails to "Don Davis" (who I believe is actually "David Long" owner of the company) yielded nothing but excuses on back ordered merchandise. After 30 days, I demanded cancellation of my order and an immediate refund, all to no avail. Mr. Davis indicated he would send tracking information for my refund, as well as the actual refund by 11-6-09, needless to say that did not happen. I am out $162.00.
The christian overtones in his e-mail messages infuriate me even more ("Thank you & God Bless".) Yeah, God Bless me for being a fool and doing business with this jerk! This guy is scam artist and needs to be shut down and do time in Leavenworth for theft and mail fraud!
I have filed formal complaints with the OK Attorney General, NC Attorney General, the FTC, the US Postal Service, the BBB and the FBI unit IC3. I am now considering legal action. From all the bad press this guy is getting, a class action suit needs to be filed against him. I am not going away quietly!!

Dave Long now Michael Long and begging for money on the radio

The owner of this site, Dave Long is now posing as Micheal Long on BlogTalkRadio, saying he is a spiritual man. He has all these psychics on his show and then begs for money from the listeners, telling them that he is going to have his house foreclosed on. He is snowing all these people and his guests. If his guests were really all that psychic, wouldn't they see he is lying to them?
I know that this is him because his paypal email address is the same as the electronic gadget store and there is a link to his phone number as Michael on blog talk radio and Dave Long with SO.

If you haven't been able to get a hold of Dave it is probably because he is saying he is now "Michael".
This man is evil and needs to be stopped. He is telling people lies and taking their money. How many are sacrificing things they need because he gives them a sob story about losing his house.
Maybe the saddest thing is that Blog Talk Radio has been told about this guy and does nothing at all!
