Sound familiar anyone? 

On 8 July 2009 I purchased a walnut dual watchwinder, price $89.95.  On 10 July 2009 I purchased a second one for a friend for another $89.95.  As I was still waiting for the items to come into stock on 10 August 2009, I upgraded one of the watchwinders for a quad model, at an additional $60, but was told I must also pay $99.85 for posting the items to the UK.  I queried this high amount, but was told free P&P was only for the US, and the orders would have to be sent separately, as that was how they arrived for despatch.  All 3 payments went through PayPal, but as I was given excuse after excuse for the delay in shipment, I did not raise a dispute through PayPal within the required 6 weeks (stupid, huh?).  I have now raised a dispute through my Mastercard supplier, but do not know the outcome yet.

Why isn't anything happening to this God Fearing Fraudster?
