mutoh be /usa custom printers i bought 20 and more inks and 11 the printer prompt ink low on brand new ink which is full. i had problem in the past that cleaning solution was black ink in the pack now the smart card not programmed in full to the size ink and im not getting assistance from the local supplier that sold me the ink ortigas manila

Hewlett Packard (HP) Sell you a subscription for ink cartridges at a low cost, send you maybe one set of cartridges over a year's time, increase the monthly subscription rate massively after one year. If you cancel the subscription, you can no longer use the cartridges they sent you, even though they may be perfectly good. Palo Alto California
