Lexmark Lexmark international Lexmark 725 DE CX is a lemon printer, Cost $2500.00, Breaks within 4 months!!! KY

Lexmark sold me CX 725 DE.  Purchase price $2750.00 w/ tax.

We print about 50k Pages a year max.  The printer broke in month 4.  Called support (columbian call center), they came out to fix it, it took 2 days of down time for the entire company (cost $).

2 months later, technicians are coming out again, different issue (wont print at all, front panel is not even displaying anything).  

2 months later ANOTHER ISSUE, this time they come out and the tech tells me "you should keep reporting this printer it is a lemon, i am a subcontactor of lexmark and i see this issue on these printers now, they are cheap chinese garbage, made with no sense of responsibility".  So i did report it again, the tech FORGOT TO PUT THE BACK PANEL BACK ON THE PRINTER... leaving tons of screws and a panel open (exposed circuits).

The printer does ok for 3 more months... at this point its over the 1 year mark.  Now, it is busted again!  LOL.  I PAY 2700 bucks for a printer that breaks every 3 months.... unbelievable.  THE INK COST IS 1K PER INK REFILL, I REFILLED IT 3-4 TIMES, PAYING ROUGHLY 4K FOR IT ALL.

DO YOURSELF A HUGE FAVOR, DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING LEXMARK.  MY HP 150.00 PRINTER HAS PRINTED OVER 100K PAGES, ITS 5 YEARS OLD... STILL RUNS, 0 PROBLEMS EVER!  INK WAY CHEAPER TOO.

THIS PRINTER IS PURE TRASH.  THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EVEN WORSE, I COULD OF BOUGHT 5 PRINTERS FOR THIS PRICE AND HAD PRINTERS FOR DECADES!  YET LEXMARK THINKS ITS OK TO BUILD THESE DUMPSTER MACHINES CHEAPLY MADE AND BREAK EASILY.  

I CALL LEXMARK THEY JUST FALLBACK ON "OH ITS OVER 1 YEAR WE DONT HAVE TO DO ANYTHING" I WILL BE SUING THEM IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT, LETS SEE WHAT A JUDGE SAYS ABOUT THIS PRINTER THAT BREAKS.  I'LL ALSO BE MAKING SURE TO BLOG ALL OVER THE INTERNET SO NO ONE HAS THE SAME NIGHTMARE OCCURANCE AS ME.  THIS WAS THE MOST MONEY I HAVE EVER SPENT ON A PRINTER, MY REASONING WAS "IT COSTS A LOT SO IT MUST LAST" NOPE WRONG.  BAD MOVE BY ME, BUT THIS COMPANY IS PREDATORY.

I'LL POST THE CASE NUMBER WHEN I SUE THEM WHICH WILL BE SOON, UNLESS AMAZON REFUNDS ME FOR THIS LEMON TRASH PRINTER.  DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH LEXMARK, ITS AN EXPENSIVE LESSON AND THEY ARE MAKING SO MUCH $ AND YET, STILL CANT GIVE A GOOD PRINTER.  ITS DESIGNED TO BREAK!
