Elephant Auto Insurance elephant misleads buyers by offering duscounts they dont have. Texas

When i purchased my policy with Elephant auto insurance i was told i would get a 10% discount for having a defensive driving course .  They even talk about the discount on thier website and commercials.  When I called customer service to fax in my documentation for the defensive driver course I was informed no discounts for defensive driving were given for my age and state.  Funny the sales people had no issue with age or state.  Now I have no faith that they will even pay a claim.  Once you loose trust you cant get it back.  When I spoke to a supervisor she didnt care if they lied nor did she care that i was cancelling my policy.  Elephants are not the only thing that have good memories.  Buyer beware the Elephant is a big fat liar!
