I did fax the form to WINTERTHUR SEGUROS S.A. and I got a reponse from the Manager named Alonso Raul. I also did ring him on +34-618 223 192.

I also received a fax from the so call Manager Johnson Carlos of Banco La Caixa bank asking me to pay the transfer fee of 6,155.1 Euro (for Electronic tranfer) or 2,463.24 Euro (for telegraph transfer) to:
