On August 11, 2017 Elite came to my house for a Lexin Awning.  They quoted me a price og $3100.00 and I gave them a down payment of $1448.00.  Then the nightmare began.  They never showed up to start the work and so I started calling them and emailing them on Sept 1, 2017.  Finally on Sept 28th they reached out to me after my many threats saying that “ we haven’t been in this office with this number for 3 weeks because of the Jewish holiday our worker somehow had the wrong information we thought for sure this job was done the end of August.”  He then told me that someone would be reaching out to me.  The called but he never showed up.  

This went on into October at which time I file a repot with the BBB and the BBB reported that the company’s attorney would handle this.  Of course nothing ever happened.  I went to Small Claims Court. I received an offer from the People’s CouTraining but again the company didn’t respond.  I went into January 30, 2018 where they were a no show and I won the case.  I went to the Marshall office to serve them and everything continues to be returned via mail. 

These people are the worst and it’s a shame that they are allowed to open up businesses and do these types of things to people. These.  People need to be put out of busines.
