They continue to rip people off.  They don't answer their phones and they do take your money

 I have received several emails from people with similar stories. They continue to rip people off. They may change their name and update their webpage often, but it’s the same crew of crooks. Buyer beware. Use one of the larger companies like Rainbow Awnings. They may be a little more expensive, but the job will be done correctly and in a timely manner. I bought an awning for $4,100 in July and it came flying down the first storm  Called them to state the poles are beding and the man stated he would come and fix it.  Never showed up and the awning crashed.  Tried to call and they don't answer and never return calls/  Files complaints and they never answer.  They are rip off artists and horrible business.  I had to put a claim into insurance to get the money back.  They want cash so it should have been a clue

 The story was featured on 7 ON YOUR SIDE. You can look it up on Chanel 7 website. The money was only returned AFTER these crooks were contacted by the television station. This company is not licensed! Don’t let them lie to you! BUYER BEWARE! Go with a reputable company like SUNSETTER.

 This report is unfortunate. This customer was paid back and we never stole his money. There was an issue getting his job done and we returned the money.
