I purchased a language-learning program from Elite Commerce. I emailed and left two phone messages saying I was unhappy with the condition of the books I received. They never responded. When my credit card company finally got them to get on the phone the person I talked with treated me like an idiot and refused to accept anything I said about the condition of the books.

The customer is always wrong is the operating principle of Elite Commerce. Stay away from them if you're looking for friendly, helpful, courteous service.
