Im going to try and make this short- This 'company' (owned by Heather D.)is a complete rip-off! Where do I begin? They originally came to our house and gave us a quote of $1620 total for loading. We were ok with this and signed the contract. However, already having our credit card information, they charged another $1600.00 on it! Since we were having our things stored in their facility while our house was being completed, they said they would credit the 'accidental' overcharge to the entire balance.

Fast forward 6 months to our move-in date.... The movers began moving things in out house that were clearly broken(not scratched, but snapped in half). They were placing items in rooms as if they didnt even notice, not saying a word. And when I say things were broken, im talking about nightstands, beds, antique side tables, washer and dryer etc. They also began unloading big furniture pieces that were not ours. We made them aware of this, and their response was a shrug of the shoulders. We had to hound them for 6 days in order to get them to come back and retrieve others' furniture from our house. Not only did they break things, they lost more stuff than i can count. They lost an entire bed, matresses, 8 (that right) pieces of tabletop glass with the smallest being 5x5. They also lost several antique tables, kitchen chairs, bed rails. ugh... too much to name. All in all, it came out to 6,000 worth of damages and lost items!! Which has had to come out of our pockets in order to get all of the things fixed and replaced.

We of course contacted the company, and the owner Heather said that all we had to do was send in a claim form and they would take care of it. However, when we sent this along with pictures of the damages, they stopped returning our phonecalls! It got to the point where we did not know if they were even in business anymore. So we decided to drive up to Littleton to see if we could talk to them in person. When we got there and and asked about our things, they called the police on us! Of course the police told us that we were doing nothing wrong and had us al set up a time to meet so we could discuss this matter. When the time came for the meeting not a single person from the company showed up or called.

Since then, we have not been able to get in touch with them (Heather D., Bonita, Seth or anyone! Due to their no response, we have had to persue legal avenues. And now they are saying that they are not going to pay us for any of the damages or missing items!

Please avoid them at all costs... this company is a joke!

We are not the only people they have done this to, there are many others!! If you google their former name (a new beginning Moving and Storage, you will find many similar reviews)
