Elite Moving and Storage They stole an amplifier and refused to return it. They also broke the two speakers that were part of the amp. collection. They also gave me a false estimate. Las Vegas , Nevada

I was originally quoted an estimate of 881.00 for the items that I reported to the woman who took my quote, Suzie. When the staff came to pick my items up for delivery, my estimate doubled to almost two thousand dollars. Being a student, I could not afford to pay the estimate that had doubled. They refused to take my furniture off the truck, until I had to agree with their rude and unprofessional manager Roy. He made me pay an extra 300 dollars just to take the stuff off the truck. So they unloaded more than half of my stuff that I was quoted for. 

It took more than a month for them to deliver my furniture to me. When they came I signed with out realizing that my boy friend's 1200 dollar amplifier piece that was connected to two speakers was missing. They had only marked speaker on the inventory list, so I did not catch the error right away. When I notified the driver that we were missing the amplifier, they refused that they had it, and had to contact their "manager" Roy.

I have not received any compensation or even a phone call to help resolve the matter. Not to mention the dents and scratches in my dresser. I am truly surprised that this company is still in business. Their customer service and moral conduct is absolutely horrible. I would never recommend this company to any one. I wish I would have done my research before agreeing to use elite storage and moving. I don't think they should be allowed to use the better business on their web site. It is false advertisement.
