For example, you may have to file within the state the moving company is located, which in this case is Las Vegas. So if you happen to be located in another state, you would be prohibited from filing small claims in that state. Most scam moving companies have this figured out and the consumer is well advised to go with a moving company located near their home and to choose a well-known company that WILL send an individual to your home to see what needs to be moved. It may cost more upfront, BUT it is cheaper in the long run as this consumer has found out.

Lots of complaints on the internet for late delivery and lots of damage for Elite. I mean these guys are pretty bad..... I hope things turn out well, but what I just read would make me upset.
