Elliot Management Group credit card processing & lack of customer service follow through Fort Worth, Texas

We were approached by Elliot Management Group in person to switch our credit card processing to their company. They claimed they could save us a lot of money and that they provided a high level of customer service. We decided to switch our service to them in our store and later decided to add a second processing service for our credit cards processed at trade shows, etc. We tried it and found we had to add the customer's address to the information to process it. We had one customer that we tried this with and the process worked well. Unfortunately we later found out this second service was specifically designed for a website and there were specific requirements for it (Our website uses PayPal and we were not interested in changing it). We did not discover this was the problem for several months and many phone calls. After working unsuccessfully to get this changed and not getting our money in over 18 months, we closed the bank account. Now they are threatening to turn it over to their collection agency. We are reporting them to the Minnesota Attorney General's office.
