 On July 25th I order the Elly's Professional Steam Hair Straightener for $49.97w/free shipping. I received a confirmation order #5490 but no phone number to contact the company and a note stating that the item would be shipped in 4-6 weeks. Recently, I decided to go to Elly's World website and it kept taking me to Shopify and saying it was not available any longer so I tried to contact the company using the email address given support@ellysworld.com but I never received a response. Now I'm seeing scam info where no one has received the Steam Hair Straightener.

Elly's World Well I ordered a flat iron from them that they advertised on Facebook. They had a special for $49.99. I ordered this in August and supposed if received email saying when I will receive my package, but never received that confirmation. Only thing I received was a confirmation that I paid for it and order number. It did say will take 4 to 6 weeks. Never received and they took my money. I did emailed them last week to find out why I haven't received my package and haven't received a call or email. I told them that if they couldn't send me my flat iron that I wanted my money back. Is being advertised on Facebook Internet
