elly's world I ordered the steam flat iron after seeing it on elly's world website on August 4, 201. i recieved order confirmation and it stated i will receive in 4-6 weeks, its been well over 6 weeks and when i go to view order it now says website unavailable. I have reached out twice to the email for questions and to this date no answer.. I just want my money back at this point and there is no contact info at all to reach out to anyone just the email for questions.. SMH Internet

I placed an order for steam flat iron through Elly's World, received confirmation that I will receive in 4-6 weeks. As of today have not received order and when you go to website and go to view order it states page is unavailable. I have reached out twice to the link for questions and have expressed my concerns with no response back. This is so unacceptable and at this point i just want a refund, unfortunately there is no customer service contact information. SMH

Elly's World Well I ordered a flat iron from them that they advertised on Facebook. They had a special for $49.99. I ordered this in August and supposed if received email saying when I will receive my package, but never received that confirmation. Only thing I received was a confirmation that I paid for it and order number. It did say will take 4 to 6 weeks. Never received and they took my money. I did emailed them last week to find out why I haven't received my package and haven't received a call or email. I told them that if they couldn't send me my flat iron that I wanted my money back. Is being advertised on Facebook Internet
