I purchased the Elly's Professional Steam Hair Straightener on August 4, 2017 for $49.99. I saw the ad on Facebook and went ahead to order. The email gave me confirmation # 16105. The email says to expect delivery within 4-6 weeks. My order has  not arrived. I emailed the company and of course, I received the same response, sorry this shop is not available. This is the first time I have ordered online and was ripped off! What a disappointment.

Elly's World Well I ordered a flat iron from them that they advertised on Facebook. They had a special for $49.99. I ordered this in August and supposed if received email saying when I will receive my package, but never received that confirmation. Only thing I received was a confirmation that I paid for it and order number. It did say will take 4 to 6 weeks. Never received and they took my money. I did emailed them last week to find out why I haven't received my package and haven't received a call or email. I told them that if they couldn't send me my flat iron that I wanted my money back. Is being advertised on Facebook Internet
