 I ordered a steam hair straightener from Elly's World.com on or around july 24th. Received an email stating my order had been processed and they were getting it ready to ship out. I was never notified it was sent and I have tried viewing my order several times since, and I was told the shop was no longer available. And have received no package or any correspondence regarding my purchase.

Elly's World Well I ordered a flat iron from them that they advertised on Facebook. They had a special for $49.99. I ordered this in August and supposed if received email saying when I will receive my package, but never received that confirmation. Only thing I received was a confirmation that I paid for it and order number. It did say will take 4 to 6 weeks. Never received and they took my money. I did emailed them last week to find out why I haven't received my package and haven't received a call or email. I told them that if they couldn't send me my flat iron that I wanted my money back. Is being advertised on Facebook Internet
